How to Get Wavy Hair Overnight with a Bun
Taking just a few minutes to put your hair up in a sock bun before you go to sleep will result in pretty, wavy hair when you wake up in the morning. Make sure tto dampen your hair before you put it up so that it it dries overnight in a curled position. When you take it down your hair will look naturally wavy.1
Cut off the toe of an old sock. Any cotton tube sock will do. If you have very long hair, you'll want a bigger sock, so choose a men's sock if you can locate one. Then simply snip off the toe using a pair of scissors. You now have a tube of cloth that's open at both ends.2
Roll up the sock. Start by folding the end over, then fold it over again. After a few folds you should be able to roll the sock to form a tight donut shape. This is all you need for beautiful beachy waves in the morning.
If you're having trouble rolling the sock, try fitting it over a banana or another long object. Starting at the top, roll the sock down until it forms a donut shape, then slip it off the banana.3
Gather your hair into a high ponytail. Flip your head upside down and use a comb to help gather your hair at the very top of your head. The higher, the better, since you'll be sleeping with the bun and it'll be more comfortable at the top of your head than in the back. Use a ponytail holder to secure the ponytail in place.4
Spritz your hair with water. Your hair needs to be damp, but not sopping wet, in order for this technique to work. Soaking wet hair won't fully dry during the night, so just spritz your hair with water slightly dampen it. If you just took a shower, wait until your hair is 80 percent dry before you put it up.[2]
It's handy to keep some water in an old spray bottle so you can evenly spritz your hair to dampen it.
If you don't have a spray bottle, use your fingers to flick some water onto your hair, then use a comb to distribute it evenly.5
Place the sock over your ponytail. Pull your ponytail through the hole in the "donut" and slide it down a few inches. Make sure no strands of hair are left out; everything should be pulled through the center of the sock.6
Tuck the ends of your ponytail over the sock. You're going to roll the sock down your ponytail in order to create a bun, so start by tucking the ends of your ponytail all around the sock. The entire sock should now be covered by the end of your ponytail.7
Roll your ponytail into a bun. Using both hands, roll the sock, and your hair with it, slowly toward your head. Keep going until your entire ponytail is rolled up in the sock, and the sock is resting against your head at the base of your ponytail. You now have a pretty sock bun. You could wear it out of the house if you felt like stopping here!
If your hair feels dry at this point, give the bun an extra spritz. Remember not to get it too wet, though, or it won't dry during the night.8
Sleep on it. Go to bed as normal, keeping the bun intact all night long. If you positioned it right at the top of your head, it shouldn't be too uncomfortable. If it feels too tight, try loosening the area at the base of the bun, rather than taking the whole thing out.9
Undo the bun in the morning. Unroll your hair and the sock, then set the sock aside. Take out your ponytail holder, too. Let your wavy hair cascade down your back and around your shoulders. Your look is complete!

Mumbai V/S Delhi|Which place is better Mumbai or Delhi|Chit Chat with me.
Aamchi Mumbai is a city of dreams and a city of hopes. It is the love-child of money and power, the financial and commercial capital of the country. Dilwaalon ki Dilli is the city of culture and legend, the stage for political battles and the seat of power of our country. It has a rich history of its own, lying at the helm of all affairs and intrigues. For ages, people have waged wars on this issue, friends and lovers have separated on ideological grounds and lines have been drawn between families. Now no more, a decision must be reached, a verdict needs to be passed. And so we come to the greatest battle of our times. The crore-rupee question.

Which is better?

MUMBAI or DELHI?

The CDBlog takes on both sides of the argument.

1. Weather & Season

In Delhi, however bad the summers are (you may sweat buckets and collapse in a puddle), at least you get to experience the change of seasons. None of this mild weather nonsense. And Delhiites prefer the oven to the pressure cooker that is the Mumbai humidity any day.

Then there is always a fabulous winter to look forward to. The days get shorter, the nights get downright chilly and wonderfully cozy with the bringing out of comfy blankets and hot chocolate. Skies become clear and beautiful.
Till it gets reaaallly cold. And then you die. Horribly. After freezing to death.
Mumbaikars may complain and crib about weather but in their hearts they know that it is as good as it can get. You don’t need to change your work timings or waste space trying to store voluminous sweaters every year. And the only way Mumbaikers know that the seasons are changing is the flurry of the End of the Season sales signboards all over town!

SCORE:

Delhi – 1

Mumbai – 1

2. Food

Trudge the lanes of the walled-city of old Dilli for the best street-food; sample the wares of the Paranthewalli Gali and try the mouth-watering, eye-watering chaat and golgappe at Ashok Chaat Bhandar. Order delicious biryanis or walk out to any street corner for kulfi-falooda. Work your way through Khan Market, eating everything from Thai to Chinese to Italian food.Delhi, at its core, is a meaty heaven, a potpourri of various cultures and cuisines, all perfected for different appetites, budgets and the insatiable Indian palette. And while Mumbai has its own charm when it comes to food, from pav bhaji, vada pav to keema pav, our hearts are set on dilli ka khana.
Also, it’s pyaaz and aloo NOT kandha and batata.
3. The Sea & Rains

There is a reason that the most famous representation of Mumbai is the magnificent Queen’s necklace, the pearl-d Marine Drive. And don’t even get us started on the Mumbai Rains!

Monsoons is to Mumbai what printed, glittery upper body-wear is to Gujarati men, i. e., they are mutually responsible for shaping and found in close association with the other. The rains bring out a whole new side of the city; while business goes on as usual, there is a hint of magic, a raw clarity to life that is thrilling, edgy and sublime, all at the same time. We’re sorry but nothing that Delhi has to offer can match up to the sight of the Arabian sea stretching into the horizon, or feel like the breeze as you walk along Juhu beach or create the kind of life-affirming situations that Bombay rains can put you in.

SCORE:

Delhi – 0

Mumbai – 1

4. Cleanliness, Space & Standard of Living

In comparison to any other major city, *cough* Bambaii *cough*, Delhi is the cleanest place on earth. The roads are wide and expansive, and parts of the old city have been modernized, especially with the coming in of Metro. More breathing space, lesser crowds, better infrastructure and more money being fueled in both their health and sanitation budget, Delhi is far better in Mumbai in terms of living. It’s significantly cheaper too. Like…a lot cheaper. Inflation hit Mumbai about 50% more than Delhi, especially in terms of food. And don’t even get us started on the real estate in Mumbai; it is cheaper to buy a castle in Jaipur.
